As Manufacturing Manager on our team, you will: Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with the quality, cost, and delivery objectives of their area.
YOUR ROLE
Ensure that each client's specific production programs are carried out and adhered to.
Execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.
Execute strategies that ensure compliance with the manufacturing quality system.
Implement activities for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system in their area.
Coordinate with the plant and/or central functional areas regarding the services required by the manufacturing area.
Promote a productive and safe work environment in their area.
Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related
English level intermediate
+3 years of experience in manufacturing
MS Office
Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration
Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
