The Quality Supervisor, ensures compliance with quality systems, coordinates product and process audits, and trains operational personnel in quality technician and quality auditor functions.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bacherlor's degree terminated
English level advanced
Knowledge in Core tools
+5 years of experience in similar positions
Problem solving
Knowledge in Welding process

YOUR ROLE
Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Follow up on plant quality issues.
Ensure implementation and closure of corrective actions related to red-tag findings and internal customer complaints.
Actively participate in the prevention of quality issues.
Coordinate engineering changes and engineering approvals.
Coordinate pilot runs and service activities.
Promote and maintain a high level of safety within the assigned area.
Comply with the established Delphi Business System internal assessment program.
Has the authority to stop and hold suspicious or nonconforming material and to stop production lines when a potential quality risk is identified that could reach the customer.
Coordinate follow up meetings with customers and Residents for problem resolution
Coordinate multidisciplinary team for root cause analysis and problem solving
Validation and monitoring of corrective actions
Coordinate Internal and External Audits at plant
Execution of ‘On going” analysis for equipment’s at plant to evaluate, monitor and control process at plant
Follow up to internal KPI’s
Follow up for no conforming material at customer location, sorting activities and clean points
Coordinate, together with Engineering, the approval of product launches and engineering changes.
Promote and maintain a high level of safety within the assigned area.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Perform any other work-related duties associated with the position.
