The EHS Supervisor on our team, you will: Collaborates in the management of industrial, environmental, and asset safety, monitors corrective actions resulting from activities within their area of control, and is responsible for publicizing the company's safety, environmental, and asset programs. Evaluates the safety aspects of new, modified, and transferred machinery and equipment. Develops, coordinates, and implements the environmental program.
YOUR ROLE
Extensive knowledge of EHS legal requirements
Experience in implementing and monitoring ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CLEAN INDUSTRY
Control of Chemical Products and Hazardous Waste
Preparation of RAs
Accident/incident investigation and coordination of Brigades and CSH
Conducting tours to identify hazards and monitor PPE
Controlling requirements for forklifts and drivers
Validating the equipment to be used by workers and contractors before any hazardous work
Coordinating EHS activities across departments
Releasing new areas and machinery
Coordinating monthly management review meetings for EHS metrics
Coordinating improvement projects for machinery and equipment
EHS training programs
Experience in property security, CCV
Knowledge of CTPAT
YOUR BACKGROUND
Industrial, environmental, or related engineering
3–5 years of experience as EHS supervisor
Experience with government procedures and plant closures (essential)
Intermediate to advanced English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
