What will you do?
Take the Lead with These Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee file management, and HR data updates.

Assist in recruitment activities: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires (documentation, inductions, system access).

Provide support in employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal communications.
-
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
-
Assist with HR reports, audits, and documentation preparation.
-
Support employee relations activities by helping track cases, preparing documentation, and ensuring proper follow-up.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, EHS, Operations) to support HR processes.

You will report to the HR Business Partner or HR Manager.

This is an individual contributor role with strong exposure to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Operations, Finance, and EHS.

Key Qualifications for Thriving

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Availability to complete an internship program (typically 6–12 months preferred).

Basic understanding of HR concepts and interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Strong academic performance is a plus.

Internship or project experience in HR or administrative roles is desirable but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IA tools.

English (intermediate level preferred).

Strong commitment to learning, adaptability, and professional growth.
