We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding Bizbe's client base by identifying and engaging potential sellers and buyers. This is a key position that supports our growth objectives and contributes to the success of our innovative platform by building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and networking.

Engage prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce them to Bizbe's services and platform.

Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and senior team members.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts and improve lead generation strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Provide feedback from prospects to help refine Bizbe's offerings and messaging.
Requirements

Previous experience in sales, business development, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Basic understanding of the M&A industry or willingness to learn.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
