We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for a fast-moving B2B platform serving founders and early-stage companies. You will work a startup-focused ICP, engage prospects via LinkedIn and email, qualify them against defined criteria, and hand off booked meetings to the sales team.
This is a structured, high-activity role. You need to be comfortable working a lead funnel, writing sharp outbound messages, and qualifying prospects quickly and accurately. If you have strong English communication skills, understand the startup ecosystem, and can move leads efficiently from first touch to booked meeting, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Lead Qualification and Outreach

Qualify inbound leads from platform funnels against defined ICP criteria

Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email to engage founder and startup audiences

Write clear, personalized outreach that resonates with early-stage founders and B2B decision-makers

Move qualified prospects efficiently from first contact to booked meeting
Meeting Booking and Handoff

Book qualified meetings for the sales team with accurate context and qualification notes

Coordinate scheduling and follow-up to keep prospects engaged through the handoff process

Maintain a clean and accurate record of all outreach and qualification activity in the CRM
Pipeline and Reporting

Track outreach activity, qualification rates, and meeting conversion metrics

Flag patterns in lead quality, objections, or funnel performance to the team

Maintain consistent daily activity volume across inbound and outbound channels
What You Bring

Proven outbound sales or SDR experience with a track record of qualifying leads and booking meetings

Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting for B2B audiences

Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and an understanding of founder and early-stage company pain points

Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a confident and professional tone

Experience working with CRM platforms to track leads and manage pipeline activity

Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously

Comfortable working independently and maintaining consistent activity without close oversight
Nice to Have

Experience qualifying leads for payroll, HR, banking, or fintech platforms

Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales engagement platforms

Background working with founder-facing or venture-backed startup clients
