Position Summary (ON-SITE POSITION)

This position reports to the department manager and is responsible for maintaining all recurring reporting and analytics necessary for operations. Responsibilities also include the delivery of ad-hoc reporting, including the extraction, data entry, analysis, testing, and documentation of the data. This position will be required to present results and recommendations to management and clients in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.

Essential Functions

Utilizes Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, SAP, Amazon, Custom and system reporting tools to develop well designed content for management and operations.

Responsible for daily maintenance and streamlining of existing reports to ensure all the information is producing the intended results and reports are timely delivered
Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs, and proposes documented solution recommendations
Validate all reporting for 100% accuracy is critical for success

Prioritize and manage multiple reports and tasks to meet deadlines, seek guidance from management as needed to clarify assignments or requests
Maintains detailed project management documentation
Works with management and clients to define and document additional requirements to enrich reporting capabilities
Develops clear and concise documentation of reporting procedures for internal reference and instructions for end users
Attention to detail, delivering timely and accurate reporting deliverables are keys to success in the role

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. Travel could be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.

Required Education and Experience

High Level education degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent related experience
Attention to detail
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power Pivot
Experience writing various data analytics libraries
Analytics experience, demonstrating the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Self-starter with proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all project and requests.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Preferred Education and Experience

Bilingual (English – Spanish)
