Responsibilities:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Lead the implementation of pep+ governance at PMF, ensuring end-to-end alignment with sustainability targets and guidelines. Oversee cross-functional integration and data traceability, build strategic partnerships to enhance impact delivery at optimized costs, and actively engage in advocacy with government and key stakeholders to support enabling policies that accelerate the sustainability agenda.
THE IMPACT
As Sustainability Sr. Manager your scope would consist of:

Connect with Regional SO to provide strategic guidance to define the Glidepath and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for achieving the OU’s pep+ targets, ensuring feasibility, alignment with global standards, and integration with business planning cycles.

Accountable for providing consultation and making decisions.

Impacted: Strategy, finance, Latam sustainability, functional planning teams.

Lead the deployment and integration of pep+ strategy within the OU, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and business objectives.

Impacted: OU leadership team, OU sustainability team, functional leads.

Oversee end-to-end sustainability governance, including KPI tracking, data accuracy, and timely reporting.

Develop and manage cross-business partnerships (NGOs, suppliers, coalitions) that advance key sustainability objectives while optimizing cost and shared value.

Accountable for making external connections and and manage decision making internally.

Impacted: Procurement, external affairs, legal, commercial partners.

In partnership with PPAG team engage with government, industry associations, and regulatory stakeholders to support policy advocacy and create enabling conditions for sustainability targets.

Support capability-building across the OU by enabling teams with tools, trainings, and best practices to embed sustainability in day-to-day operations.

Ensure transparent communication and progress reporting on OU sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Act as the primary sustainability liaison between the OU and regional sustainability leadership, facilitating two-way communication and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

Understanding of Sustainability Frameworks & pep+ Strategy (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, GRI).

Policy & Advocacy Acumen: Experience in engaging with government stakeholders and influencing public policy to create enabling environments for sustainability goals.

Cross-Function Collaboration: Strong capability in building and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships that drive shared value, innovation, and measurable impact.

Strategic Planning & Glidepath Design: Expertise in translating long-term sustainability targets into actionable glidepaths and integrating them into Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).

Data Governance & Traceability: Knowledge of sustainability data systems and reporting protocols.

Strategic Influence without Authority, effectively drives alignment and mobilizes cross-functional teams toward sustainability goals, even without direct control.
