POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior or intermediate level SAP Security & GRC Access Control Analyst to join our IT Security & Compliance team. In this role, you will support SAP user access management, role administration, and GRC processes while helping ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Support SAP user access management activities, including user creation, modifications, and access removals.
Assist with SAP role maintenance and authorization assignments across SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori).
Perform access reviews and support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
Support SAP GRC Access Control activities, including access requests, risk analysis, and emergency access management.
Assist with monitoring privileged and sensitive access to ensure compliance with security policies.
Help prepare documentation and evidence for SOx, ITGC, and internal audits.
Work with business users and IT teams to resolve access-related issues and requests.
Support SAP security projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain security documentation, procedures, and user guides.
Provide end-user support for SAP access requests and GRC workflows
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or SAP BW environments.
Experience working with ticketing systems and access management processes.
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.
Experience supporting SAP security activities.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
Fluent in English.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Recent graduates with internship or co-op experience in SAP Security, IT Compliance, or Identity & Access Management may also be considered.
1–3 years of experience in SAP Security, SAP Administration, IT Compliance, or a related area.
Basic understanding of SAP authorization concepts, user administration, and role-based access control.
Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control is preferred but not required.
Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOx and IT General Controls (ITGC) is an asset.
Familiarity with user access management and security best practices.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
SAP Security or GRC training/certifications are considered an asset.
