POSITION OBJECTIVE
Understanding the design, functional analysis, and operation of various technologies and equipment used BRP.. Must have the ability to identify, analyze, and solve field problems
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Purchase of spare parts and request for external services
Provide support for failures that are beyond the scope of the floor team
Provide floor support as a supervisor on the shifts required
Comply with the closure of projects assigned by the floor teams
Plan work orders and assign them to the tool room department
Plan, execute and supervise coolant changes for the machining area
Provide support with the INAs of all relevant areas
Coverage for the implementation of autonomous maintenance in all areas
Support for the integration of new engineering projects (platforms or business units)
Balance the budget across all areas to stay within target
Align activity and resource priorities with the rest of the maintenance engineers
Enter materials into tool crib
Design, redesign, reverse engineering and modification of fixtures
Any other activity assigned by the direct supervisor.

Coordinate with the maintenance planning area for improvements and modifications to plans andmaintenance routines.
Coordinate with engineers from other areas for project and repair follow-up.
Coordinate and negotiate agreements and projects with national and foreign suppliers
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Demonstrable advanced technical knowledge: electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics. Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams (GD&T), and perform mechanical and electrical measurements. Knowledge of machine tools and welding.
Experience using CAD/CAM software (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR, CREO) and basic knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC programs (STUDIO 5000 and STEP 7). Basic knowledge of robotics (FANUC is desirable). Knowledge of variable frequency drive/servo drive programming (Allen-Bradley, ABB, Control Techniques). Basic CNC knowledge.
Planning of corrective and preventive maintenance, CMMS management (Guide Ti preferred). Experience with statistical analysis tools and KPI generation. SAP.
Effective communication, teamwork, personnel management
High capacity for root cause analysis of problems using PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D, KAIZEN, RCM tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
