Your impact
Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including preventive,
corrective, and emergency repairs.
Maintain uptime of critical production equipment such
as robotics, CNC machines, PLCs, conveyors, and
hydraulics /pneumatics.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and
automation issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Implement and improve preventive and predictive
maintenance programs.
Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, lighting,
plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
Engineering, or Facilities Management preferred.
5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at
least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Experience managing both equipment maintenance
and facility operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
English and Spanish - Fluency in conversation.
