POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Global Trade Service Analyst is responsible to execute all the aspects of import/export (including virtual) customs activity in BRP Queretaro.
The role is primarily responsible for clearing the import and export shipments, maintain the electronic archiving, reports, and process all the activities in compliance with the
Mexican Customs regulations, including IMMEX regulations and others.
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Create value, agility and supporting the growth meanwhile managing a high level of compliance in our operations.
Monitor the arrival of the shipments to the port of entry
Process the import and export customs invoices in timely manner.
Ensure customs clearance timely fashion and mitigating additional expenses (Warehousing). - Contribute and ensure the proper transport assignation to mitigate delays in customs clearance execution.
Close all the pedimentos with the broker and into the system on time.
Process the complete recordkeeping for each operation.
Elaborate and maintain updated the reports about import and export (Drives). - Maintain the KPI’s reports
Apply the customs laws and regulations according to each type of operation - Manage reports or notification to authorities and other parties related to legal compliance. -
Support the new product development.
Support Fixed Asset transferences.
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. - Enforce Quality BRP policy
Collaborate in a good work environment in accomplishment with the Officevibe tool.
