Your Responsibilities will be:
Plan and coordinate transportation activities to ensure on-time, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries.
Schedule transportation units according to shipment plans and customer requirements.
Monitor domestic and international shipments in real time to ensure service continuity.
Manage transportation incidents, including delays, customs issues, transit disruptions, and carrier-related problems.
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to guarantee timely material and product flow.
Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements.
Verify transportation documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, customs documentation, and shipping records.
Support transportation cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for logistics optimization.
Perform carrier invoice reviews, account reconciliations, and follow-up on required adjustments.
Develop and track logistics KPIs related to transportation performance, route efficiency, service levels, and cost management.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational excellence.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Traffic Coordination, Shipment Planning, or Route Management.
Experience in the automotive industry, preferably within Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
Experience managing domestic ground transportation operations.Knowledge of international transportation, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
Experience in import and export operations.Strong understanding of Incoterms and customs documentation.
Experience with transportation cost control and logistics service providers.
SAP and advanced Excel knowledge.
Advanced English proficiency.
Other skills that we would welcome:
Knowledge of IMMEX operations.
Familiarity with Annex 24 and Annex 30 requirements.
Experience with GPS platforms, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and shipment tracking tools.
Knowledge of CTPAT and OEA programs.
Experience with fleet management and carrier performance evaluation.
Continuous improvement and logistics optimization experience.
Exposure to international supply chain operations.
