The Stellantis Customer Experience Organization is seeking a Electrical Warranty & Reliability Specialist to join the Quality team at the Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center in Toluca, Mexico.
This position is responsible for managing and facilitating on-site quality reviews with Suppliers, Engineering, and Supplier Quality (SQ) teams. The Specialist will identify emerging field issues through the analysis of warranty-returned material and related data to determine failure modes, causes, and impacts. This role also supports the identification, implementation, and monitoring of corrective actions resulting from the analysis process while contributing to Warranty Recovery initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality improvements through standardized manufacturing and quality processes. They will be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and a demonstrated ability to resolve complex vehicle quality concerns. This individual must be experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives and possess a broad understanding of automotive engineering, manufacturing, quality systems, and warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Electrical Component warranty and reliability investigations through the analysis of returned parts and warranty data.
- Manage all returned material activities for the Electrical area to support corporate quality initiatives and Warranty Recovery efforts.
- Facilitate technical reviews with suppliers, manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and SQ organizations.
- Identify emerging quality issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective action implementation and validation.
- Review supplier testing and validation procedures to ensure accurate material evaluations.
- Utilize corporate reporting systems to identify quality concerns, document issues, and verify corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer by communicating field performance concerns to platform, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple technical and business projects simultaneously.
- Support and mentor assigned technicians while managing day-to-day activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and technical reports to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required. Equivalent technical/business combinations may be considered (e.g., Business Administration with a minor in Automotive Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in automotive quality, service, engineering, manufacturing, or related areas.
- Experience in electrical component manufacturing, engineering, quality, or warranty analysis.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, components, and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and communicate complex data.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Self-directed team player with strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Passport for international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Parts Return Analysis System Plus (PRAS+).
- Experience with Global Issue Management (GIM) and S2irius.
- Working knowledge of Stellantis data systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with data analytics platforms such as Quantic and Palantir.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
