In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and coordinate production planning, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure seamless material flow across the organization
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while balancing cost efficiency and operational performance
- Oversee supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging lean manufacturing, continuous improvement tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop, coach, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Align departmental strategies with organizational objectives through effective planning, communication, and execution
- Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices
Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and HR to support business operations

- Demonstrated experience leading materials, supply chain, or logistics operations in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, procurement, and warehouse management processes
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions that impact operational performance
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and standard business tools
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions
- Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
