We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Inbound Manager . The role will report into the GCC Sr. Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver. This person will be responsibilities for leading a team for Transportation & Logistics execution. We are looking for someone who doesn't need any motivation to develop, a self-starter, who is hungry to continually improve Transportation & Logistics operations. You will be working close together with various business partners in our Business units & GBS as well as partner with External Carriers.
In brief, you will be responsible for :
Own the relationship with our S&OE team, and Plant Managers, set and track SLAs/KPIs, run business reviews, and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps.
Continuous improvement and process standardization: Lead projects to improve productivity, reduce cost and increase truck utilization , shorten cycle times, and standardize SOPs.
Cross-functional coordination and risk management: Partner with Supply Planning, Plants Production , Quality and Finance to align capacity and demand, mitigate operational risks, and ensure compliance.
Support product launches, production increases, promotions, channel requirements, and special customer or plants programs.
