About role
As a Technical Implementation Specialist (Web Analytics) you are the primary guide for our clients as they begin their journey with Fullstory. You will lead them through a structured process designed to educate, enable, and empower their teams to maximize the platform's value. This is a technical training role.
Key Responsibilities
- Guiding Fullstory onboarding customers throughout the onboarding project, from kick off to final training session.
- Coaching on installation, answering basic questions, sharing best practices, and providing high-quality, live-instructor training of the Fullstory platform.
- Working with the clients to schedule and keep onboarding on track against agreed-upon timelines.
- CX insights/ Data analysis work with guidance from management and leadership.
- Continuous review of Fullstory features, seeking training (self or guided) as needed.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, uses of AI in analytics, and other relevant topics to the job/company/industry.
- Participating and managing the completion of tasks on time and efficiently.
- Building and reviewing presentation materials for client meetings, keeping accurate and detailed records/notes of training sessions, and communicating professionally with clients and team members.
Key Requirements
- Completion of a 4-year college degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Research, Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, or other related field.
- 6+ months of web analytics experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Fullstory, and similar tools.
- 1+ year of digital UX-related (web design, UX design, user research, front-end development or other similar) experience.
- Highly analytical, numbers-oriented, and able to interpret statistical data at both the user and business-level.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and digital commerce, specifically traffic acquisition, ecommerce and lead generation practices and related technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, extremely organized, and capable of managing projects with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of website design and UX best practices, and understanding of web development.
- Effective, proactive, and efficient communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience with the Fullstory platform , familiarity with basic qual/quant research , strong understanding of how websites are developed and updated, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related front-end technologies , and working knowledge of mobile app development and related frameworks.
Working Conditions
- Range monthly salary: 10,000.00 MXN
- Work Environment: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Part-time employment.
