SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

This Remote position offers the flexibility to work from Guadalajara, Mexico.
Occasional travel will be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events. (US, LATAM, and ASIA).

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This person will help us strengthen our content strategy, grow and engage our online community, and support lead generation across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, RedNote, and other relevant social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, community updates, and campaign-related content.
- Support content creation, photoshoots, video shoots, and social media productions.
- Strong understanding of social media aesthetics, and best practices to guide and give feedback to Video and Design teams.
- Solid paid social strategy skills: able to build Meta Ads from scratch, including campaign setup, management, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Participate on camera for selected videos or social media content when needed.
- Help manage and engage with our online community to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
- Support Mailchimp and email campaign management, including campaign setup, scheduling, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Use AI platforms and digital tools to support content ideas, trend research, workflow efficiency, and performance analysis.
- Track performance and provide insights to improve content, engagement, email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Design, and Web teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
- Hands-on experience navigating Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager issues, from access and permissions to ad rejections and support cases.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media strategy, content creation, community management, paid media, and email campaign management.
- Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, RedNote, Mailchimp, and other relevant digital channels.
- Creative and strategic mindset with a focus on content growth, community building, and lead generation.
- Comfortable supporting photoshoots, video productions, and appearing in selected content when needed.
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Global brand experience, especially across U.S. or Pacific Asian markets.
- MLM industry knowledge.
- TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop experience
