We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping clients find the right solutions. This is a hybrid role that combines business development, client advisory, and talent consulting.
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and partnering with our recruiting team to deliver outstanding results.

REQUIREMENTS
We're less focused on traditional recruiting backgrounds and more interested in people who know how to build relationships, create opportunities, and drive results.

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, consulting, or a client-facing role

Experience in staffing, recruiting, talent solutions, HR services, consulting, BPO, outsourcing, or professional services

Experience generating leads, developing business opportunities, or managing client accounts

Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at different levels

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create value

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership without requiring constant direction

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience working with CRM, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

Experience working with US-based clients or international teams

Bilingual English/Spanish

This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance-based commission structure directly tied to business outcomes and revenue generation.
