The Role:
As a Full Desk Talent Partner, you own the full lifecycle of client success:

You identify opportunities

You validate demand
-
You ensure delivery feasibility
-
You contribute to recruitment execution
-
You manage client outcomes
You are responsible for both:
Revenue generated AND delivery delivered.
What You Will Do

Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and talent solutions

Engage decision makers (Founders, CEOs, HR Leaders)
-
Define hiring needs with clients
-
Validate feasibility with internal delivery before closing
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
-
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure successful placements
-
Ensure client expectations are realistic and aligned with delivery capacity
-
Protect margin and execution quality on every deal
-
Own client satisfaction from first conversation to final hire
Operating Principle
Before any deal is closed, three validations must exist:

Market validation (real hiring need)
-
Delivery validation (we can execute it)
-
Pricing validation (margin is healthy)
If one is missing — the deal does not move forward.
What We Are Looking For:
We are NOT looking for general recruiters.
We are looking for builders who:

Have experience in recruiting, staffing, RPO, HR consulting, or B2B services

Understand how to work with business clients (not just candidates)

Can think in terms of revenue AND execution

Are comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership

Have strong communication with senior stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS

Has experience with this or similar business model (headhunting, staffing, recruiting services, etc)

Business you bring into the company

Delivery Success Rate

How many of your deals are successfully fulfilled

Profitability of accounts you manage

Long-term success of delivered hires
Compensation
VERY attractive base salary
Revenue-Based Commission (uncapped)
Monthly Revenue Collected Commission
Additional Alignment Layer (IMPORTANT)
Commission is only paid on revenue that is successfully delivered and collected.
