About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing & AI Operations Specialist to help drive content creation, audience engagement, AI-powered initiatives, and strategic growth projects across multiple businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-changing environments, enjoys figuring things out independently, and can leverage modern AI tools to execute projects that would otherwise require entire teams.
A significant portion of this role involves creating highly engaging written content, participating in online communities, developing marketing initiatives, conducting research, experimenting with new AI technologies, and building scalable solutions using AI-assisted workflows.
Every week may bring a different challenge. One day you may be developing Reddit engagement strategies, the next you may be building AI-powered marketing systems, testing new software, creating content campaigns, optimizing SEO initiatives, or solving operational problems through AI and automation.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly intelligent, creative, and capable of turning loosely defined objectives into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Community Marketing
- Create high-quality written content for Reddit, online communities, blogs, and social platforms
- Develop authentic, engaging messaging tailored to U.S.-based audiences
- Research industry conversations and identify opportunities for organic engagement
- Create and test new content formats, messaging angles, and audience engagement strategies
- Adapt writing style and tone to fit different audiences, industries, and platforms
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize messaging
AI-Powered Execution & Innovation
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and other emerging technologies
- Research and implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and efficiency
- Build solutions using AI-assisted development and "vibe coding" methodologies
- Experiment with new AI tools and identify opportunities for business applications
- Use AI to solve operational, marketing, and technical challenges
- Continuously explore ways to automate repetitive work and scale business processes
Growth & Marketing Projects
- Support SEO, content marketing, and audience growth initiatives
- Conduct research on competitors, industries, and emerging opportunities
- Identify and execute projects that drive business growth
- Develop and implement creative marketing experiments
- Assist with audience acquisition and customer engagement strategies
- Analyze results and recommend improvements based on performance data
Problem Solving & Special Projects
- Take ownership of open-ended projects and independently drive them to completion
- Research solutions, evaluate options, and present recommendations
- Learn new tools, systems, and platforms as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and execute strategic objectives
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation
Qualifications (Required)
- Native English speaker or equivalent native-level fluency
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong creative writing and content creation experience
- Ability to write naturally for U.S.-based audiences
- High level of comfort using AI tools in daily work
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms
- Strong research, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience living in English-speaking environments
- Experience creating content for Reddit or online communities
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Replit, or Claude Code
- Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization
- Background in startups, technology, SaaS, consulting, coaching, education, or digital marketing
- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of online audience psychology and community engagement

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
This position includes a competitive base salary plus significant performance-based earning potential.

Work Expectations
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position; however, the role is results-oriented rather than schedule-oriented.

The expectation is not strict adherence to a clock—it is ownership, accountability, and ensuring that important work gets completed successfully.
