PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Human Resources Generalist supports a variety of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, compliance, and employee support. This role partners with leaders and employees to ensure effective HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list may not include all duties that may be assigned.

Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and employees to provide HR guidance and support.
Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance-related processes.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support.
Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, training, and performance management processes.
Monitor and maintain HR records, reports, and required documentation.
Assist with HR audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR programs and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience required.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Office, remote, or hybrid work environment.
Frequent computer and telephone use.
High-volume, fast-paced work environment.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
