PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Human Resources Generalist supports a variety of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, compliance, and employee support. This role partners with leaders and employees to ensure effective HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and employees to provide HR guidance and support.
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance-related processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, training, and performance management processes.
- Monitor and maintain HR records, reports, and required documentation.
- Assist with HR audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR programs and organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience required.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
