WE ARE HIRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, Influencer Marketing, advertising, media, or Talent Management.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition—even outside the influencer marketing industry—will be highly valued.
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations and closing business deals.
- Knowledge of the influencer marketing, content creator, entertainment, and digital marketing industries.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and commercial KPIs.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities for RAW Talent's talent portfolio.
- This role does not involve direct talent management responsibilities.
- We are looking for a commercially driven profile with a genuine passion for business development, sales, and building long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with brands, agencies, advertisers, and potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, sponsorships, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop commercial proposals aligned with brand objectives and each talent's profile.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the sales process through closing.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial agreements.
- Manage existing client relationships to identify growth opportunities and generate repeat business.
- Monitor the status of contracts, approvals, payments, and campaign-related documentation, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Stay up to date with market trends, the creator economy, and influencer marketing industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial records, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Achieve the sales and revenue targets established for the department.
- Keep campaign information, timelines, deliverables, and internal tracking tools updated to ensure operational excellence.
