Responsibilities:
This Brand Account Assoc Manager role will act as the strategic liaison for internal brands and stakeholders, internal creative and art teams, while also supervising multi-channel engagement execution. The ideal candidate must be a strategic and creative thought leader with the ability to deliver integrated thinking; demonstrate a positive, do-what-it-takes attitude; be a natural connector who develops strong relationships among various groups, and anticipate and solve problems all while being highly organized.
Your Impact
The Brand Account Assoc Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of different brand accounts for the Frito-Lay North America Team, including collaboration with internal team members and internal stakeholders to develop world-class content development. You will lead the day-to-day client business management and supervise the execution of multiple account deliverables happening simultaneously. You must be able to build upon tactical ideas and think strategically about a brand or business and partner with the creative / art team. Also, you will be managing a team of account coordinators and executives to achieve business goals.

Maintaining a high level of performance by the account team.

Strategic thinker capable of leading the development of a brand’s engagement strategy, annual plans and specific projects with multiple stakeholders including internal and external agency partners and clients.

Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship.

Keeping management informed of the status of his/her group’s accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.

Weekly and Monthly reporting of deliverables, hours invested by project, A&M Productivity, and others.

Develop career plans for your team of account executives.

Provides account team leadership and conveys the specific requirements for multi-functional support to the appropriate functional regional management on a timely basis.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (marketing, communication, advertising, etc.)

Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience is a must for this role.

Marketing professional with 4+ years in agency account management and/or experience in a closely related field.

3+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.

Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative teams and managing agency product.

Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
