WE ARE HIRING:
- 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Brand Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, Influencer Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Proven experience developing commercial relationships with brands and agencies.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and branded content.
- Experience identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Client Services teams to create customized partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, campaign scopes, pricing, and contracts.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Manage the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
- Represent RAW Talent at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to expand the company's commercial presence.
