Cash Application Team Support - Temporary contract
Reports To: Manager - Cash Application
Location: Monterrey, Mexico OR Queretaro, Mexico
Environment: Remote
Work Schedule:
This position is temporary full-time (approx. end of 2026) and remote Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Cash Application Team Support you will assist with collecting, organizing, and maintaining documentation, supporting testing activities, and completing project-related administrative tasks. This position is designed to support the team so they can remain focused on daily Cash Application operations.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for bank transition and process improvement initiatives.
- Gather information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support AI and other testing efforts
- Maintain files, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation.
- Complete administrative and project support tasks as assigned.
- Provide general support to the Cash Application team during operational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Minimum 1 year proficiency with Microsoft Excel Filters, Formulas, VLookups, & Pivots required
- Previous administrative or project support experience is preferred
- Bachelor of Science preferred
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
