As a Field Service Engineer, you'll bring advanced automation systems to life - programming, commissioning, and supporting high-end robotics and logistics solutions across global customer sites.
You'll be hands-on with:

PLCs, robots, and automation software

System commissioning and optimisation

Customer-facing troubleshooting and support
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and international exposure.

Commission and support automation systems on-site globally
-
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues
-
Implement PLC/robot software modifications
-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
-
Support installation, wiring, and system testing
-
Deliver training to customer teams
-
Provide remote technical support when needed
-
Produce service reports and documentation
-
Identify opportunities to improve customer operations
-
Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering
-
3+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, commissioning, or programming

Strong experience with:
-
Siemens Step7 and/or Allen Bradley PLCs
-
Fanuc and/or ABB Robots
-
Industrial networks: Profibus, Profinet, Devicenet, AS-i, Ethernet

SCADA systems (e.g. WinCC, Intouch, VB.net)

Basic knowledge of mechanical & pneumatic systems

Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods

Flexible to work evenings/weekends when required

Excellent communication at all levels

Structured, organised, and able to perform under pressure

Fluent English (minimum intermediate)

Competitive salary: 30,000 - 33,000 MXN gross/month (depending on experience)-
