ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are currently looking for a Full Time Solutions Architect - LCNC & Microsoft 365 Platform to join our growing IT Solutions Architecture team. This role will be responsible for designing, administering, improving, and governing business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 services.
The ideal candidate must be strong in low-code/no-code delivery and administration, while also bringing or developing broader technical capabilities across Azure, Infrastructure as Code, GitHub-based collaboration, AI-assisted productivity, and enterprise-grade documentation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear solution designs, implementation plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and operational documentation.
Design, build, administer, and support LCNC solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, and related Microsoft 365 services.
Architect scalable and supportable solutions that balance business value, security, governance, maintainability, user experience, and long-term operational ownership.
Manage and improve SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, forms, content organization, metadata, document libraries, and collaboration patterns.
Create, enhance, and maintain Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps and model-driven apps where appropriate, with clean data models and maintainable design patterns.
Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows and business process automations, including approval workflows, integrations, notifications, exception handling, and monitoring.
Design and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide clear operational visibility, trustworthy data, and actionable insights for business and IT stakeholders.
Provide governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solutions, including environment strategy, ownership, permissions, naming standards, documentation, risk controls, and support handoff.
Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security, service desk, and business teams to align LCNC solutions with enterprise standards and broader technology roadmaps.
Use GitHub or similar source-control practices where applicable to manage solution documentation, scripts, automation assets, configuration, issue tracking, and implementation history.
Contribute to Azure-based solution patterns, integrations, identity/security considerations, automation, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives as the role evolves.
Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and approved on-premises AI assistants to accelerate documentation, requirements clarification, design analysis, troubleshooting, and productivity while respecting security and data-handling rules.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, improve reliability, and provide clear communication to stakeholders during incidents or support escalations.
Train and guide end users, citizen developers, and business owners on appropriate use of Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, and automation capabilities.
Stay current with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI productivity, and enterprise architecture trends, recommending improvements when they provide practical business value.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, business applications, solution delivery, or a closely related technology field.
Proven experience designing, building, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Power BI solutions.
Strong ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders, challenge unclear assumptions, document decisions, and convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
Excellent written and spoken English is required, including the ability to lead technical/business conversations, write clear documentation, and communicate with regional or global stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills, including solution design documents, operational procedures, support guides, diagrams, requirements, decision logs, and user-facing instructions.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, permissions, data loss prevention concepts, environment strategy, and administrative best practices.
Hands-on familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, SQL, APIs, connectors, data integrations, or similar data sources used by LCNC solutions.
Experience with Azure services, Entra ID, enterprise identity concepts, automation, app registrations, storage, integration patterns, or cloud governance is strongly preferred.
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code, scripting, GitHub, pull requests, issue tracking, CI/CD concepts, or modern DevOps practices is valuable.
Practical understanding of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and/or approved internal AI assistants, is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field of study; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with 2-3 days per week in the Queretaro office. Fully onsite work is also acceptable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Hybrid office role based in Queretaro, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite; additional onsite presence may be required for workshops, stakeholder meetings, or team events.
Regular use of a computer, collaboration tools, Microsoft 365 services, documentation platforms, and remote meeting technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively with local, regional, and global teams across time zones when needed.
Occasional after-hours support or change coordination may be required for critical business solutions or production issues.

The reasonable estimated pay for this Salary Exempt role should be determined based on the local market range for Queretaro, Mexico. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, English level, Power Platform depth, architecture capability, and experience.
