Job Description:
What will you do?
As a Finance Specialist within the End-to-End (E2E) Performance Pillar, you will serve as a trusted business partner responsible for driving financial performance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across NAM GSC Finance.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, performance reporting, and governance activities, while providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with Plant Controllers, FP&A, Operations leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, influence business outcomes, and drive alignment with financial objectives. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and integrity by leading through influence, supporting team development, and promoting best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

Act as a strategic business partner, providing insights and recommendations that drive financial and operational decisions.

Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers, translating data into actionable business insights.

Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.

Support governance, compliance, and internal control requirements while maintaining audit readiness.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

Influence and guide team members through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Promote a culture of honesty, accountability, trust, and continuous learning.
Preferred Experience -
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Productivity, Manufacturing Finance, CAPEX Management, or Finance Transformation.

Experience supporting regional or multi-site operations.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects.

Exposure to automation, analytics, AI, or digital finance initiatives is strongly preferred.
