Job Description:
Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Product Launch & Withdrawal Intern to join the Project Management Office of our Power Products North American Hub, based at our Monterrey R&D Center. This role provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration, project management, supply chain, and product lifecycle strategy. Over a 12-month assignment, you'll take ownership of a product withdrawal, support project management for multiple launches, and learn about commercial deployment of new products.

Lead and coordinate a product withdrawal project, managing the cross-functional steps required to retire an offer in line.

Learn and apply our internal PMO methodologies, governance gates, and offer lifecycle management processes.
- Support reporting and tracking for the broader Launch & Withdrawal portfolio — maintaining project dashboards, milestone trackers, and status updates for stakeholders.

Help prepare presentations and progress reviews for team leadership and cross-functional partners.

Coordinate with stakeholders across R&D, supply chain, quality, offer management, and marketing communications to keep projects on schedule.

Identify opportunities to improve process documentation, templates, and tracking tools used by the PMO.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field graduating in July 2027 or later.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine interest in project management and product lifecycle processes.
Ability to work hybrid with onsite days at the Monterrey R&D Center for the duration of the internship.
Exposure to business operations and supply chain concepts is s plus.

The intern will work directly with the Product Launch and Withdrawal leads, based in the Andover, MA USA office. You will interact frequently with key stakeholders from R&D, Engineering, Product and Project Management within the Monterrey Hub, as well as other North American regions.
