Job Description:
Join us as a Principal Technical Lead, Switchboard & LVDO and become the technical cornerstone for electromechanical and electrotechnology innovation across our low voltage equipment offers. You'll drive system integration, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance.
What will you do?

Serve as technical single point of contact across the full product lifecycle of new & existing low voltage equipment offers

Drive technical direction for electromechanical systems that seamlessly integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic components

Provide technical guidance & direction to 10+ manufacturing locations to ensure continuity of business & offer optimization

Lead validation and compliance activities ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Electromechanical Engineering — advanced level; leading system design that integrates mechanical and electrical components-
Electrotechnology — advanced level; driving innovation in electronic control systems and sensor integration

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, new product development, test & validation, supply chain support and offer optimization
-
Strong ability to influence others to achieve business objectives and drive results.

Ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
-
Proven experience driving operational efficiency and process optimization projects.
-
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Valid visa required for international travel
