Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the growth of the TikTok LIVE Agency Program across LATAM by identifying, mapping, and sourcing potential agencies through manual research, strategic alliances, in-app discovery, and out-of-app channels.
- Manage the agency onboarding pipeline by ensuring prospective agencies continuously progress through each stage of the application process, proactively removing blockers, following up on inactive leads, and driving successful agency onboarding.
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline events, including logistics, communications, attendee coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Design and execute agency acquisition initiatives, including participating in short-form video ads, on-camera promotional content, and growth campaigns to attract new agencies.
- Design and deliver pre-onboarding education by creating presentations, training materials, workshops, and educational content that prepare prospective agencies to successfully join the TikTok LIVE Agency Program.
- Create basic graphic design assets and visual materials for presentations, social media, events, educational resources, and internal initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and improve operational efficiency through AI, process improvements, and new technologies.
- Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable facilitating trainings, presenting information, and speaking in front of groups.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to project execution.
- Interest in digital platforms, marketing, business development, community building, or the creator economy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Analytics, Operations, or related fields.
- Experience organizing events, coordinating cross-functional projects, or managing client-facing initiatives.
- Experience creating social media content, short-form videos, or digital marketing campaigns, including appearing on camera.
- Experience with lead generation, business development, community management, or growth initiatives.
- Basic graphic design skills for presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
