The Job:
We’re looking for a QA Developer Intern to join our team! Under direct supervision, you will contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to design and execute both manual and automated test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and modern AI-driven testing practices.
What you will be doing:
- Create and maintain structured test cases based on product requirements and updates.
- Execute manual and automated tests using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Develop and run automated test scripts to enhance test coverage.
- Provide feedback on functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
- Maintain testing documentation and track results to support QA processes.
What you will likely bring:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI tools.
What could set you apart:
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance practices (e.g., black box testing).
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to software testing.
- Basic knowledge of client-server and web application environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 1 year remaining before graduation.
- English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
