Position Overview:
Fast Home Cash Offers, one of South Florida's top real estate investment firms, is seeking a Junior Follow-Up Specialist (Virtual) to join our growing team. This role is critical in managing leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and assisting the acquisitions team. If you are driven, competitive, and have a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in real estate investment and achieve financial success.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Tools & Software Required:
- Podio (CRM system)
- SmrtPhone (Dialer)
- Zoom
- Time Doctor (Time tracking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads in the queue and follow up diligently.
- Overcome objections effectively during phone calls.
- Schedule and conduct appointments for acquisition closers.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM (Podio) daily until deals are signed.
- Proactively work weekends to contact new leads and handle inbound calls.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate Wholesaling: Strongly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Acquisitions or cold calling experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills, able to connect with diverse personalities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Podio.
- Work Ethic: Independent, self-motivated, and committed to success.
- Professionalism: Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and polished communication skills.
Salary & Benefits: Base + Commissions
Base Salary
- Base Pay $5 per hour for the first 6 months $5.5 per hour after 6 months
Commission Structure
- Commission Percentages Before 10 Closed Deals: New Leads: 0.5% Old Leads: 1.0%
- Commission Percentages After 10 Closed Deals: New Leads: 0.5% Old Leads: 1.5%
Lead Definitions
- New Lead A lead is considered a New Lead if the contract is signed within 120 hours (5 days) of the lead creation timestamp in the CRM.
- Old Lead A lead is considered an Old Lead if the contract is signed more than 120 hours (5 days) after the lead creation timestamp. This includes all uncontacted leads, nurture leads, long term follow up, past interested, aged leads, and any lead older than 5 days.Note:
Your pay is directly tied to your performance—meaning the better you do, the more you earn! Commissions increase as you hit key milestones, and whether you're working with new or existing leads, your potential is in your hands. Top performers see the biggest rewards, making this an opportunity where hard work truly pays off.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
