Responsibilities:
Role responsible for maintaining/supporting PBC material master data in the legacy and SAP systems. The main accountability is the data maintenance of material master data in SAP MDG. The team receives requests to analyze and update material master data values for SAP deployment and sustain. This role will also support Offer to Cash data analysis.
Your Impact

Proactively coordinate, analyze and review Material Master Data activities to increase data quality and data efficiency, completeness, consistency, and data integrity

Validate and maintain Material Master Data for each PGT go live deployment.

Deliver PBC Data Management key KPI’s

Understanding of MDG and SAP S4/Hana, Legacy tools such as: ITL, and NIS attributes and system logic

Complete end user support requests within SLA’s

Create/modify/maintain application procedures & process documentation.

Demonstrate awareness and understanding of application financial and operational controls including performing controls
-
Implement and contribute to system/process improvements within group, with manager's guidance.

Prioritizes own work with limited manager/team lead oversight.

Create and/or improve tools used to enhance current processes.

Effectively uses available analysis tools and demonstrates capabilities in MS Excel, SQL and Sharepoint

Assist Manager and Associate Manager with project related work

Building/sending/following up on the PBC impact survey process for data attributes that are “high impact” fields

Manage and cleaning share point "other requests" (mat. Description, etc)

OTC master data support
High level understanding of the SC&O pillars and overall material master data
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Work Experience:
-
Acquire & demonstrate sound knowledge of assigned applications (MDG, S/4HANA, Item Maintenance and SharePoint).

1-3 years of experience in data maintenance systems support, finance or supply chain related areas, including SAP data management

Solid functional knowledge of Business Objects, MS Excel, & PowerPoint

Availability to support Material Master data after hours/weekends as necessary
Skills & Capabilities:

Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills

Incumbent should be results driven.

Incumbent must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively.

Demonstrated leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to work-cross-functionally

Self-directed, resulted and goal oriented.

Availability to support Material Master data after hours/weekends as necessary mainly to support cutover weekends

BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field

Advanced English
