Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and audit master data on a regular basis including establishing change management processes and tracking and reporting changes.
Support business with reporting and advanced analytics; using system knowledge to drive decisions from data and creating new reports where needed
Design and implement methods to gather data, analyze, and report business performance
Ensure a high degree of data quality and reporting accuracy, including implementing standards and processes such as dashboard validation
Identify and support supply chain process improvement and optimization projects
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
2 to 4 years of experience in a Supply Chain discipline or in data analytics
Proficient writing SQL queries
Experience with Oracle and Power BI preferred
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Data-driven with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Knowledgeable in interpreting and extracting actionable insights from the data collected
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Team player; provides proactive support of team members and shares best practices and knowledge
Able to communicate effectively with management, peers, and colleagues cross-functionally
Experience in root cause & corrective action activities in a fast-paced culture
Prior experience in a high SKU count environment preferred
