We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Care Representative to support patient communication, provide follow-up, and guide patients through their process with clarity and empathy.
You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and professional experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (English/Spanish)
- Follow up with new leads, active patients, and social media inquiries
- Guide patients through next steps and support appointment scheduling
- Re-engage and reschedule missed appointments (no-shows)
- Provide clear information about fertility services and processes
- Document interactions in CRM/EMR systems
- Provide guidance to patients on administrative and billing processes, including support with payments, follow-up on outstanding balances, and accurate documentation in EMR and billing systems
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams
- Support additional operational tasks as needed in a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Fully bilingual: English & Spanish
- Experience in customer service, call center, or patient coordination
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiarity with Salesforce, EMR, or Slack
- Experience working with U.S.-based patients
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, or medical call centers is a strong plus
