Lead equipment installation, validation, and commissioning activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Drive factory startup initiatives, including production trials, pilot builds, and first-article manufacturing activities.
Optimize production flow through line balancing, capacity planning, workflow analysis, and workstation design.
Support quality management systems and lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Champion Lean Manufacturing principles through Kaizen events, visual management, and productivity improvement projects.
Partner with engineering and production teams to support new product introductions and improve manufacturability.
Monitor and improve key operational metrics including FPY, OEE, labor efficiency, cycle time, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within an industrial production environment.
Experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment, heavy assembly, metal fabrication, or similar industries is preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, PFMEA, control plans, and process validation techniques.
Experience with industrial engineering principles, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with MES and ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA experience considered an advantage.
