Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 MXN gross per month

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor with a strong background in U.S. mortgage operations to join our growing team.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring mortgage loans close smoothly and on time. You will work closely with U.S.-based Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Capital Markets, and Post-Closing teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, financially analytical, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment while handling strict deadlines.

Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan process.

Request, collect, and review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Provide timely status updates and respond to borrower inquiries.

Maintain professional written and verbal communication via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.

Create and manage accurate loan files from initial submission through closing.

Review credit reports, income documentation, and asset documentation.

Validate initial calculations (DTI, income, assets, etc.).

Assist in sending required disclosures.

Order updated payoffs.

Process Employment Verifications.

Coordinate signing appointments with borrowers and co-borrowers.

Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loans.

Support refinance (Re-fi) transactions.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor within the U.S. mortgage industry.

Hands-on experience with Encompass 360.

Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level).

Strong understanding of mortgage applications and financial documentation.

Ability to analyze complex financial data.

Experience using Microsoft Office and Loan Application software.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Direct experience managing loan files (not an assistant role).
