Inside Sales Associate (Virtual)
The Inside Sales Associate is a brand experience champion whose primary mission is to make sure we attract and recruit client prospects by delivering a positive and engaging brand experience over the phone. You’ll work with our Company’s leader and sales support team to be a pioneer for the brand, helping to usher it into the future as the company scales and grows, from a small team to a brokerage. We are developing a high-performance sales culture and are looking for leaders who want to start on the ground level with the ability to grow and lead within an organization. You’ll be instrumental in contributing to that evolution. Essential skills of this function for a highly successful candidate include, but are not limited to:

Principal Inside Sales Associate duties and responsibilities:
- We will provide the leads. You will call with your friendly, warm demeanor and make the connection with the prospect with the goal to create a relationship turning leads into hot prospects to ultimately set an appointment
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database CRM system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Follow up with prospects via text message, email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads and prospects. Be able to nurture these prospects to keep them engaged and moving toward a decision to choose us as their partner
- Qualify the leads you generate for appointments to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Follow a set daily schedule to maximize the time devoted to initial outreach and follow-up with leads. Own the relationship from first contact to setting the appointment. Establish a process to facilitate efficiency in calling
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales reach. Maintain and grow existing business opportunities by prospecting the organization’s database to re-engage with previously contacted prospects
- Consistently follow up with prospective sellers and buyers on a defined cadence, establishing a follow-up system that maximizes the lead to closing lifecycle
- Maintain customer data integrity for lead input and management using systems like Google Forms, Follow Up Boss, Ylopo, RedX, etc.
· Implement and accurately manage all database systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, information management and back-office support (Follow Up Boss, RedX, direct customer inquiries, and other lead management systems)
- Call past clients and our database to ask for referrals
Additional Team Sales Support Tasks:
· Maintain customer, lead, prospect, and client data integrity
· Call, text, and/or email leads and prospects on a daily basis as a sales support resource to assist with team production and contribute to annualized revenue goals
· Assist with lead sourcing, skip-tracing and routing. Serve as a data-provider to the rest of the team for leads across the team’s lead banks
Additional Team Support Tasks:
- Marketing and Seller Service: Assist the team in delivering and collecting signs, keys, lockboxes, marketing materials, and other brand and sales collateral at client properties listed by the team
· Additional sales and/or marketing projects as needed
The skills needed to succeed in the role include, but are not limited to:
- Absolutely must love working with people, even demanding clients or stressed-out vendors. If people generally annoy you or you get flustered easily, this is not the job for you. Be great at quickly building rapport

- Maintain working knowledge of real estate terms and the local market in order to be conversant about it
- Prior expert level experience prospecting for new business. Lead types can include expireds, geographic and/or demographic farms converting at a high rate is most preferred
- Strong computer skills, willing to learn new systems
- Follow instructions well and always represent the Modernest Realty brand voice
- Be willing to learn and rapidly apply learning

Other Requirements:
- Remote work. Must be available for part-time work between the business hours of 1p and 5p Central Time US daily M-F for a total of 21 hours worked per week
- Requires availability for standing weekly status meeting Monday at 12p Central Time US for up to 1 hour
- Must have at least 20 mbps of internet speed
- Must have a noise cancelling headset
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or related field
Additional Compensation:
· In addition to base pay, uncapped commission will be awarded for all appointments set that result in a closing at the rate of 3% of net company revenue. This could be an additional $300 - $500/sale at our average transaction value.
· Additional sales bonuses eligible for exceeding sales targets
Selected Candidate Onboarding Process:
· Must sign an independent contractor agreement (ICA)
· Will be provided training videos, 1 on 1 coaching and training, access to software, and direct access to lead/mentor
· 60-day mutual evaluation period for role and team fit

Pay: $9,560.29 - $22,928.39 per month
