You support our team as
- Materials planning and control: Analysis of raw material requirements based on customer demand, MRP management, min/max inventory levels, kanban systems, SAP parameter accuracy, ABC classification, and prevention of obsolescence and expiration.
- Supplier and purchasing management: Release of purchase orders (manual/EDI), follow‑up on on‑time deliveries, management of past‑due issues and recovery plans, supplier evaluations, and intracompany supplier performance tracking.
- Logistics and quality follow‑up: Coordination with Import/Export, traffic, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure shipment, arrival, release, quarantine disposition, and timely supply to production lines.
- Inventory and physical control: Inventory administration, participation in physical and cycle counts, analysis of variances, implementation of corrective actions, and update of systems and visual boards.
- Communication, reporting, and risk prevention: Daily, weekly, and monthly reports, daily meetings, early detection of potential material shortages, and proactive communication to prevent operational impact.
- S&OP and production plan execution: Ownership of monthly S&OP process, installed capacity validation, schedule attainment follow‑up, coordination with manufacturing, and support for new product launches.
- Bachelor or Engineering degree, desirable bachelor's degree in Managment or Logistics Engineering
- Over 2 years, desirable 3 years of experience in automotive industry as a Buyer or Materials Assistant
