Position Overview
As a Remote Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our customer acquisition process by speaking directly with homeowners interested in learning more about solar energy. You will receive inbound transfers, qualify prospects, educate customers on potential savings, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. If you enjoy speaking with people, overcoming challenges, and being rewarded for your performance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone-based lead generation and appointment setting
- Receive and manage live inbound homeowner transfers
- Qualify prospective customers for residential solar programs
- Educate homeowners on how solar energy can reduce monthly utility expenses
- Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Follow established sales processes and communication standards
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service and customer experience
Qualifications/Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software platforms
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline in a remote environment
