Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls from current clients and assess their needs.
Direct clients to the appropriate department or representative to resolve their concerns efficiently.
Assist with account updates, including adding new credit cards to client accounts.
Process payment requests and coordinate with the appropriate team to run payments.
Escalate and forward cases to Settlement Officers or Resolution Officers when necessary.
Provide accurate information regarding account status and available services.
Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and requests.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support.
Follow company policies and procedures while handling sensitive client information.
