Tax Relief – Customer Service Representative
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Includes a 45-minute lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks
- Every other Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Base Pay
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from current clients and assess their needs.
- Direct clients to the appropriate department or representative to resolve their concerns efficiently.
- Assist with account updates, including adding new credit cards to client accounts.
- Process payment requests and coordinate with the appropriate team to run payments.
- Escalate and forward cases to Settlement Officers or Resolution Officers when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding account status and available services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling sensitive client information.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Excellent information retention
- Strong communication skills
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Call center experience (not required)
