We are looking for a Part-Time HR Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition & People Experience team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, provide operational HR support, and contribute to delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Talent Acquisition, with the possibility of supporting recruitment for IT and Corporate positions.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and/or Corporate positions.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Support onboarding activities, adaptation interviews, and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with universities and career centers to promote internship and graduate opportunities.
- Assist with the administration of the company's e-learning platform.
- Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and project updates.
- Participate in HR initiatives, employer branding activities, and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support business hiring needs.
- Perform additional HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to Advanced English is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience (internship or professional) in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Experience coordinating recruitment processes and interacting with candidates.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms is considered a plus.
- Previous exposure to recruiting IT profiles is highly desirable, but not required.
