Responsibilities:
The Jr. Content Designer is a specialist role focused on creating print and digital design materials. This position requires a solid foundation in design tools and the ability to create and adapt assets for different formats.
The role is responsible for producing production-ready graphics, supporting the adaptation of existing brand assets, and ensuring consistency across all materials by following established creative processes and brand guidelines.
Your Impact
As a Jr Content Designer, your responsibilities would consist of:

Support brainstorming and concept development as part of the creative team.

Design low-complexity projects from scratch.

Create visual presentations for internal marketing purposes.

Assist in the development of design materials, including graphics, assets, photo retouching, and mockups.

Adapt existing Key Visuals and brand guidelines into digital ads, POS materials, and other touchpoints.

Deliver basic print-ready artworks when required.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail while responding to quick turnaround requests.

Apply feedback effectively to continuously improve design quality.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or Visual Communication Design.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in design roles (internships or entry-level positions), preferably in creative or digital agencies.

Recently graduated profiles with relevant hands-on experience are welcome.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.

Basic understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color, composition).

Experience collaborating with creative teams in agency or in-house environments.

Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with guidance.

High attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.

Portfolio should demonstrate design fundamentals across academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects.

Candidates should showcase projects that include multiple touchpoints, such as social media assets, POS materials, digital banners, or campaign adaptations.

The portfolio should reflect strong visual execution, attention to detail, and the ability to apply design concepts across different formats.

Experience working with consumer-facing brands is desirable.
