Responsibilities:
The Jr. Content Designer is a specialist role focused on the creation and adaptation of print, digital, and motion content materials. This position requires a solid understanding of design principles and proficiency in creative software to develop high-quality visual assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing production-ready graphics, supporting the development of creative concepts, and adapting existing brand assets to meet business, customer, and consumer needs. Working within established creative processes, the Jr. Content Designer will ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, aligned with brand guidelines, and executed with accuracy and consistency.
As a Jr. Content Designer, your responsibilities will include:

Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development.

Design and execute low-complexity creative projects from concept to completion.

Create engaging visual presentations for internal Marketing initiatives.

Develop a variety of visual assets, including graphics, mockups, photo retouching, and other creative materials.

Adapt key visuals and existing brand assets for digital advertising, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and other consumer touchpoints.

Prepare print-ready artwork and production files as required.

Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and maintain visual consistency across channels.

Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Incorporate feedback effectively and continuously improve creative, technical, and design skills.
Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
-
1+ year of experience in a design role (agency or in-house environment preferred); recent graduates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with basic knowledge of print design and/or motion graphics.

Advanced English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative creative environment.

Portfolio should demonstrate design fundamentals across academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects.

Candidates should showcase projects that include multiple touchpoints, such as social media assets, POS materials, digital banners, or campaign adaptations.

The portfolio should reflect strong visual execution, attention to detail, and the ability to apply design concepts across different formats.

Experience working with consumer-facing brands is desirable.
