Job Overview:
Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Analyst, Brand Communications to join the Burger King Mexico team.
This role is part of the Brand Communications team and supports the execution of integrated marketing communication initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints. The position works closely with creative, media, and content agencies, as well as internal cross-functional teams, to help ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns aligned with brand objectives and the commercial calendar.
The ideal candidate combines a passion for marketing and brand communications with strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Help ensure consistency across brand communications by adhering to established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.

Support communication and content development for new product launches in collaboration with agency partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams according to the marketing calendar.

Support the management and tracking of the Brand Communications budget, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal processes, and alignment with the commercial calendar.

Coordinate project timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and deliverables across multiple ongoing initiatives.

Support campaign performance tracking and reporting in collaboration with agency partners.
Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
-
1–2 years of experience in communication agencies, FMCG/CPG, QSR or retail industries is a plus.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, budget tracking, or cross-functional projects.

Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners is a plus.

Exposure to campaign coordination, reporting, or project management is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
