Manager, Growth Analytics
Position Summary
We are looking for a Manager, Growth Analytics to join our team! We are looking for ambitious, analytical, hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple projects. This individual should have a strong interest in media, marketing and business intelligence.
The role requires the ability to actively apply the agency’s proprietary ad effectiveness and measurement tools, as well as 3rd party vendor solutions, to determine the impact of advertising on the client’s business. The position also requires the ability to understand the strategic communications needs of client advertisers and align these needs to the day-to-day issues of data and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high quality in data and analytics deliverables to uncover opportunities for better media buying and planning
- Synthesizing results from research studies, industry intelligence and campaign tracking data into a cohesive story. Use that story to work with media planners and develop recommendations from those results
- Building quality, client-facing campaign performance summary presentations in collaboration with agency media planners and buyers.
- Collaboration with agency media planners, agency buyers and clients on campaign performance results and data analysis. Orchestration of campaign report building process by communicating expectations, templates and deadlines to other agency team members and setting up check-in meetings.
- Presentation of select content from campaign performance summaries and recommendations to client
- Designing and executing custom analyses of media performance. Those analyses will include both internal analysis of campaign data executed by the person in this role along with results from external research providers.
- Working with research providers to translate study results into media planning recommendations
- Performing custom analysis and summarization of media campaign data
- Improving automation and reduce human error in data processing and analytic work flows
Required Skills & Experience
- Capacity for problem conceptualization and solution design through analytical thinking
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong background in statistical analysis and digital analytics.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
- Comfortable actively participating and contributing in meeting settings with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
- Ability to build and deliver impactful, clear and concise presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Advanced powerpoint skills to create slide show deliverables for client
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics or performance media function
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advance English Level
- Is a highly motivated team player
- Experience presenting and interacting with clients
- Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results through requirement documents
- Knowledge of data storage and data management solutions such as Amazon S3 and Snowflake
- Knowledge of Tableau data visualization software and site tagging process
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
